If you want that maximum intensity, we’ll need to talk about better heat sinks or forced-air cooling. Otherwise, that quartz is going to crack under the stress, and nobody wants that. The nitty-gritty details We handle the messy parts of the build so you don’t have to. Need a standard pin base? A custom lead wire? You decide. The goal is to make sure the lamp is a “drop-in” replacement that fits your customers’ rigs without any fighting. We can even change the coatings to shift the light spectrum. Some jobs need that narrow-band UVC to kill germs, while others need a wider UVA spectrum to get resin to cure properly.
